Welcome to our Cozy cottage located on picturesque Lake Moraine. Situated on a beautifully landscaped lawn, enjoy the beautiful scenery of the surrounding Upstate NY mountains. Keep an eye out for the vast wildlife that is home to the lake such as bald eagles, ducks, geese, turtles, crawfish, and an abundance of fish. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Located directly on the water, our property offers the best of outdoor adventures/activities on and off the Lake. Your dream vacation awaits. The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Enjoy spectacular lake views from the dining room and living room. A fully equipped modern kitchen with dining room and fireplace allows you to cook your own meals. (Grill conveniently located right outside off the kitchen). The living room features a 50" wall mounted tv with Roku and offers a relaxing view of the Lake. Two private bedrooms- one comes with a queen bed and the other a double. For additional sleeping there is pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Utility room offers a washer and dryer, closet space and cabinets for storage. For your convenience there are 2 bathrooms with showers. Step out of the kitchen onto a small private deck where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. Unique to our cottage are an upper and lower deck. The patio-paver upper deck offers seating for outdoor eating, reading, board games, and relaxing. Entertain your family with our outdoor jumbo-sized Jenga and connect 4 games. The wooden lower deck allows you access to swimming, kayaking and fishing during the day and in the evening start a fire in the chimenea while enjoying nighttime views of the Lake. Also available for your outdoor enjoyment we offer 2 single kayaks, and 1 double kayak. A sure hit with family/friends. Life vests available for your safety. For a quiet get-away relax with a book or take a nap on our freestanding hammock. Parking spots available on site for 3 vehicles. We are located approximately 3 miles by car from the prestigious Colgate University in the Village of Hamilton. There you can enjoy the Village Green, restaurants, cafes, and shops.
