Our house has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, each stylish and comfortable. Our rooms and bathrooms are fully equipped with everything you might need. Our living room and Three of our bedrooms have a TV, perfect for a cozy movie night!

Our kitchen is modern, spacious, and fully equipped for you to enjoy your morning coffee or late-night talks with family and friends.

In the outdoor space, you will enjoy a brand-new heated pool, a heated hot tub, and a huge deck with beautiful outdoor furniture. If you feel like cooking, we have an amazing grill for you to use—ideal for any season escape!

This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay, making your stay easy and safe."

We take great pride in keeping our property and furniture in excellent condition. Our outdoor furniture is cleaned thoroughly and regularly, ensuring a clean and comfortable experience for our guests. However, due to normal wear and exposure to the elements, some minor stains and marks may be present on the outdoor furniture. Please understand that these are natural and unavoidable signs of use, but rest assured, we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and care throughout the entire property.

Our house is conveniently located near Wintergreen Lake and a short 12 minute drive to Downtown New Haven.

Our property sits on over an acre of land near Wintergreen Lake, just a 1-minute drive away, and about 12 minutes from downtown New Haven.

Why are there additional charges for more guests?

Like the hotel and vacation rental industry, there are added costs for each extra guest. These costs include:

- Cleaning
- Water usage
- Utilities

We take pride in providing our guests with the highest standard of lodging.

*Please note that the pool is currently not heated yet. In Connecticut, especially this early in the season, nights are still very cold and outdoor pools lose heat very quickly overnight.

Because of the large temperature difference between the warm water and the cold night air, the heat escapes rapidly and creates heavy steam evaporation, making it extremely difficult and inefficient to maintain a comfortable swimming temperature at this time of year.

Like many outdoor pools in Connecticut, we typically begin full pool heating closer to the warmer part of the season once nighttime temperatures become more stable.
