Crew were really helpful and they made the trip fun for all passengers. Squid fishing was fun and making Vietnamese spring rolls. Disappointing to see so much trash in the sea, although this is out of control of this particular cruise boat.“

„We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. “

The check-in process could use some polishing - staff weren't uniformed, and there was quite a bit of shouting among the luggage handlers. Be prepared for a rather lengthy transfer process (about an hour) before reaching your actual cruise boat, including a curious life jacket checkpoint along the way.
Important tip for booking: Some rooms on the first deck might have their balcony views blocked by a support boat that remains attached throughout the journey - definitely worth checking this when selecting your room!
The accommodation had some issues - slow-filling bathtub that needed cleaning before use, and even the presidential suite guests mentioned having no hot water. The WiFi was reportedly unavailable due to the remote location, though we could see other boats' networks.
Dining experience could be enhanced - the food was acceptable, but the atmosphere was frequently disrupted by noisy plate clearing. The staff conducted accounting work in the breakfast area, which felt out of place for a luxury cruise.
