„This house was recently gutted and renovated. The attention to detail is outstanding. Perfect location for walking to many restaurants and shops. The did a great job of maintaining some seclusion while on the property. We had trouble getting the HVAC to behave and the owner came out himself within a couple hours to solve the problem. Highly recommend if staying in this area. Within yards of beach, coffee, distillery, seafood and Italian food. Not sure what more you need. “

„Overall our stay was wonderful we got to spend much needed family time. Nice big table for games and dinner but not much couch seating for large group. Also if you have toddler bring gates for stairs. But really this place is great! “

„This property fit our family, but it is apparent this is an income property. The home has no air conditioning -- which we found out only days before checking in -- and only one small fan. Since I am asthmatic this resulted in significant breathing problems. There were 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels in each bathroom for a total of 3 washcloths and 6 towels for 9 people.
