- **Parking:** Parking is limited to 2 cars. Without prior approval, boats, trailers, motorhomes, oversized vehicles, recreational vehicles, or additional vehicles are strictly prohibited.
- **No On-street Parking:** Street parking on Coronado Avenue is strictly prohibited. The neighbors are diligent about reporting any and all cars parked on the street. Please use overflow parking in nearby streets, lots, etc if necessary.
