„Even though we didn't arrive until the evening, our suite wasn't ready yet. At first glance, the suite looked clean, but on second glance, it was rather mediocre (see photos). The biggest problem: even though we explicitly requested a non-smoking room when booking, there was a strong smell of smoke.
