📌 House Rules



🚭 No Smoking Indoors — $2,500 fine plus costs for odor removal.

💧 Pool Care: Keep the pool clean — $1,500 fine if violated.

🗑️ Trash & Recycling: Please use proper bins — $1,000 cleaning fee if ignored.

🎉 No Parties or Events: $150 fine; guests may be asked to vacate without refund.

🐾 No Pets Allowed: $1,500 fine plus extra cleaning fees.

🧳 Late Check-out Fee: $150 (after 10:00 AM without prior approval).



🚘 Getting Around & Parking

• Community has a security gate; all drivers must be registered before check-in.

• Overflow parking is not permitted.

• Prohibited vehicles: boats, trailers, RVs, campers, commercial or construction vehicles.



📷 Security & Noise Monitoring

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, the property is equipped with:

A doorbell camera located at the front entrance (exterior only — no indoor cameras).

A noise monitoring sensor inside the property to ensure compliance with community quiet hours and neighborhood standards.
