Für eine Nacht ok
Hatten non Smoking gebucht. Leider hat es aber start nach Rauch gestunken. Hatten dann ein neues Zimmer bekommen.Leider auch hier leichter Rauch Geruch. Zudem gingen mehr als die Hälfte der Steckdosen nicht im Zimmer und TV Bedienung hatte Wackelkontakt. Öfter laut aufgrund landender Flieger. Für eine Nacht ok, aber bisher das schlechteste Red roof inn das ich gesehen habe.

This place was very Nasty and Dirty and Itchy and Very Noisy!! And so not Worth the money of what they ask for a night It’s Absolutely Ridiculous how Nasty this Motel was!! Absolutely not do Not Recommend!! And also No Refunds when it should be it was absolutely disgusting! 1/10 couldn’t even stay a full Night.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Upon check into our room our eyes began burning so bad because of some awful cleaning disinfectant they used that we were unable to stay there. The bedspread was smeared with black greasy stains. The toilet would not stop running and the tub was full of black grease like if someone would have bathed and the bathtub was left like that. We went to the front desk and asked to leave and were told we could NOT get a refund because we booked through a third party. Expedia should be ashamed of offering this hotel advertising it with a 3.6 average rating. It deserves a 0 rating for how filthy and disgusting this establishment really is. I request my money be refunded!!!

Pictures were misleading of what the property actually looked like. Room was dirty, blankets wreaked of cigarette smoke (non smoking room), blankets covered in cigarette burns, one pillow per person for a family of four, two towels for a family of four. Staff didn’t seem to care about any of that or give extras. Every time we walked outside we would chocked by the smell of weed. Bathroom had a hole in the and crack in shower wall. People were blaring music in the parking lot all night, homeless people were walking around looking in peoples vehicles. This property needs to shut down and get a serious upgrade, from building all the way to the staff!!!! The only staff member that was pleasant was the lady that was cooking the breakfast food, she was super sweet and went about and beyond for our children.

I was very unhappy from the beginning because the lobby is locked after certain hours. I was left standing outside tring to check-in to the room. The clerk took my payments inside with her and checked me in. Then a random homeless person came up to me asking for money. I did not feel safe at all. I had never experienced that before. The breakfast was cereal and bagels or toast. I went to the Waffle House down the street. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Never again
Horrible smelling room. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Had burns in the blanket on the bed. A/C unit was nasty and also put off an odor. A lot of people hanging around the hotel and staying there that you don’t want your family around. Refrigerator didn’t work. Room and hotel were in rough shape. Looked a lot nicer in the pictures before I booked the room. Also close to airport planes came right over hotel low and loud.

Our first room was smoky, and nicotine smell and the sheets were dirty. Like no one washed them good, peoples hair on bedding. 2nd bedroom was worse. We used black light too and bedding was old and stained splatters, rooms seemed like an afterthought. there was garbage in the garbage too. We ended up sleeping in car cause of the smells in room so bad and conditions of the bedding. Was very outdated too. So do yourself a favor and do not pick this place.

Good for the price.
The price I paid for the room was quite nice. The only thing was that after hours the lobby was closed, and to check in its thru bell. And I had to wait outside while she filled out some paper work. It was cold outside. Other than that, clean room, it had many places around where you can get a bite to eat.

They put a chain smoker next to me and I woke up around 11pm to a smoked fill room and a headache! I called the front desk several times before they answered. They offered to move me, but I was already in bed. Frustrating. There should be signs that say smoke away from the building especially if the rooms are supposed to be smoke free.

First, the jacuzzi tub DID NOT work and they wouldn't switch us to a room that did. Second, they knocked on our door at 9 am. Check out is 11. The 3rd day, we were having issues with our card because someone had stolen it so due to the fraud, it's a hassle to transfer money and such. The lady at f.d. tells us 5 minutes. It's only 11:15 and not even 1 minute later she tells us we have to go and gets on the walkie and says "I don't know what games they're trying to play. They know they don't have any money." And our room was paid not even 20 minutes later. That was beyond rude and degrading.
