LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The open-concept living and dining area provides a comfortable gathering space for the entire group. The living room features a large sectional, two additional chairs, and a flat-screen TV, along with access to a balcony where you can enjoy the coastal breeze. A queen sofa sleeper and twin sofa sleeper provide additional sleeping space for two guests.

The dining area seats four, with additional seating for four at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and the cookware and essentials needed to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to fresh seafood dinners. A convenient half bathroom and laundry room are located just off the kitchen.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This property participates in our Fresh Bed Program, which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These lightweight coverlets provide a comfortable sleeping experience no matter the season.

Wave Watch II - D features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to 11 guests. The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and tub-shower combination.

Bedroom 2 offers a queen-size bed, while Bedroom 3 is designed with families and kids in mind and features two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway and includes a walk-in shower. A queen sofa sleeper and twin sofa sleeper in the living room provide additional sleeping space for guests.

PARKING
Free covered guest parking is available underneath the house, with a maximum of two vehicles allowed.

PETS
This property is pet-friendly for one dog up to 50 pounds or two dogs under 20 pounds each. Breed restrictions may apply. If applicable, a $150 pet fee per pet will be added to the reservation.

The nearby beach provides easy access to swimming, sunbathing, and Gulf Coast sunsets, while Little Lagoon Pass Park offers another place to enjoy the area's beaches, lagoon, and natural surroundings.

Guests are also close to grocery stores (such as Rouses and Pier 33), restaurants (such as The Catch, Bahama Bob's, and Desoto's), and local beach shops, making it easy to pick up vacation essentials or grab a meal without traveling far. When you're ready to explore more of Gulf Shores, popular attractions including The Hangout, Gulf State Park, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and The Wharf are all within a convenient drive.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This is a non-smoking property. The minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years.

Monthly reservations are accepted between November and March 1st.

During the spring break season, between March 1 and April 30 each year, the person booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present to physically check in at our office with a government-issued ID.
