A starter pack of essentials will be supplied to get you started (1 roll paper towels, 1 pack laundry soap, 2 rolls toilet paper per toilet, 1 bar hand soap etc.)
This is a beach house, so time to time there will be beach sand over the back patio area. We have added an electric blower in the garage for you to use, not to mention when you come back from the beach and cleaning the beach gear is a must.

Guest count must be declared in reservation. There is a $40 fee per guest not declared. A max of 10 people can be in/on the property at any given time, the violation of this will result in the immediate removal of all guests without refund.

$200/day smoking fine.
$25/hr late check-out fee.
$200 pet fee.
