Beach cottage with pool, walk to beach

“White Sands Cottage” in Gulf Shores is perfectly located for a complete beach vacation. We are located 1 mile west of the Hangout and directly across the street from the beach (about 3 minute walk.) The first floor has a living room and kitchen with a dining area. Also on the first floor are two twin XL bunks and a full bathroom.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. The home is raised with parking underneath. Also under the house is a storage area and an outdoor shower. The home has a balcony which faces the pool.

***House has stairs to enter and stairs inside. You have to cross a two-lane road to reach the beach. We require a signed rental agreement and there is a credit card security hold of $300. We get regular pest control but on occasion pests do get inside the home.***

LIVING ROOM
-Couch, 75" smart tv, high ceilings, and windows allow plenty of sunlight. Front door opens onto the balcony which overlooks the pool. The dining area features a dining table with bench seating and another 5 seats at the bar.

KITCHEN
-Well equipped with cooktop and oven, crockpot, and plenty of cooking utensils. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher and separate under-counter ice maker. Keurig duo drip/K-cup coffee maker and toaster available.
-Dedicated under counter ice maker for coolers, etc.

We also include 4 chairs, 4 umbrellas, and a wagon. Deeded beach access he is conveniently located directly across the street.

NEARBY
-15 minute drive to Gulf Shores Sportsplex. 20 minute drive to Foley Sports Tourism Complex. Walking distance to the Hangout (20 minutes.)


IMPORTANT INFO
-No smoking.
-No pets.
-Linens and bath towels are included.
-Guests receive a “starter pack” of a single dishwasher packet, a single laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash liner in the can, 1 extra trash can liner, and a single packet of coffee. We also include 2 kitchen dish rags and 1 dish towel.
-Bathroom amenity package is 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap, 1 shampoo and conditioner, 1 body wash. 1 bath towel and washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
-No glitter allowed in the house. If glitter has to be cleaned, then an excessive cleaning fee of $500 will be charged.
