BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and breathtaking Gulf views, with doors that open to let in the sounds and breezes of the Gulf. The spacious primary bathroom features his-and-hers counter space, a jetted tub, and a tiled walk-in shower.

The second guest bedroom features a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is perfect for kids, offering a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full-size bed. The third bathroom is accessible from the hallway as well as the third bedroom.

All bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable.

This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program, which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

PARKING
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd floor. No boats, RVs, or trailers are permitted.

PETS
No pets are permitted on this property.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted in or around the common areas, pool, hallways, parking decks, balconies, or other shared spaces. A designated smoking area is located on the east side outside the 1st-floor parking garage.

The minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years.

Monthly rental rates are available November 1 through March 1.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at the office with their government-issued ID present.
