LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The open living area is designed for comfort and gathering, featuring plush couches and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for making a delicious seafood meal after a long beach day. There is a dining table with seating for six, and additional bar seating for four, perfect for meals, game nights, or relaxing after a day at the beach.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This property participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Cabana Beaux comfortably accommodates guests with three inviting bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third bedroom includes a full bed, providing a cozy retreat for families and small groups. There is also a second full bathroom and free WIFI throughout the home.

PARKING
Parking for 3 cars at the house. 1 Parking Pass provided for 1 car to park at the private beach access. $200 fee if lost/stolen. Parking passes are only needed for private beach access, not at the house.

PETS
This is a dog-friendly property. Up to 2 pets under 50lbs (please inquire if over). Doggie bags are available. Dogs must be crated when left alone. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or linens. $150 per pet.

Cabana Bleaux offers the perfect blend of relaxation and outdoor fun. Unwind on two expansive decks while listening to the sounds of nature and nearby waves, or gather beneath the home where you'll find swings, seating areas, a sand pit for kids (and kids at heart), cornhole, and plenty of space to spread out. As the sun sets, fire up the charcoal grill and enjoy dinner under the glow of string lights. When you're ready for the beach, the private Cabana Beach access is just 0.4 miles away, where sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf waters await. Cabana Bleaux also comes with a stocked beach closet of supplies including: beach wagon, 4 chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

Security cameras are placed under the carport and on the front porch.

HOA does not permit guests to use golf carts in the neighborhood.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
