The Beach Club is a classy, well maintained beach resort located down Fort Morgan road! Guests never have to leave as there is much to be done on the property. The Beach Club offers restaurants, shopping, and pools right on the shores of sugar white sandy beaches!

Unit 909 in the Avalon (A) Tower boasts 2 tastefully furnished bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The living room is very comfortable with a large sectional sofa and an additional cozy chair. The dining table seats 4 and the breakfast bar seats 3 for a total of 7 seats. This unit sleeps 6 guests if needed; 4 in the bedrooms and 2 on the sleeper sofa in the living room. The master includes a king size bed with attached en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom includes 2 sinks in the vanity, a walk-in closet, large garden tub/shower, and a toilet. The 2nd bedroom offers a king size bed with attached bathroom entrance which boasts a shower and in-vanity sink. there is also a half bath in the hall that is convince to anyone in the unit!

***Avalon Tower Knee Wall Replacement: An important project will be underway Fall 2025 – the North Knee Wall Replacement. This essential repair project is scheduled to begin September 9, 2025 and is expected to be completed by end of March 2026. During this project, there will be no handicap parking spaces available at Avalon. Work hours: Monday-Saturday, 9am-6pm. Expect noise as well as debris and potentially redirected paths at the Avalon Tower.***

The tower that the condo is located in has an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub and kiddie pool for use at NO charge.

You can enjoy dining at the on site restaurant, bar, or outdoor dining. You can also enjoy the ice cream shop and shop at the apparel store. There is also a SPA on the first floor of the Club House.

The price varies based on the number of days used, Starting at $46/day. The clubs private amenities include indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, pickle-ball courts, bar and grill, and a large fitness center with sauna. The club also has tennis courts and basketball courts for use.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced all bed spreads/comforters with quilts that are washed and sanitized before each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, please include it in your packing list.

Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.

Great condo. View is great. Easy access to beach and pool. Love the Gulfside Bar & Grill—spent a fortune there, but worth it! Condo is clean and has a nice floor plan. Would stay again. Only issue was TV and Internet. Had issues with both.

This Condo is beautiful and the view is amazing. Beds 2 Kings and very comfortable. Property manager answered all my emails in timely manner. I will be booking again in the future most definitely. The Beach is clean and not crowded at all, pool was great also.

Not exactly what we expected

Check in process was easy. The address is a Gulf Shores address, but it is actually in Fort Morgan. Initially the place was nice and clean, but there was black like long hair on the bathroom counter. There were only 4 bath towels in total, one roll of toilet paper provided for each bathroom. I reread the listing and this was listed as one roll only. I have stayed at other places and I enjoy staying at condos that have beach towels, extra toiletries ect, but this had nothing extra and that was just ok, but would have been a nice addition. The listing states there are several restaurants within walking distance, but those restaurants are not on the beach, they are within the resort, which is off the beach and I did not realize that. If you did not want to eat at the resort, you had to drive about 20 min to Gulf Shores strip. I realize there is a map on the website, so that is my fault. There is an indoor pool and gym, but you have to pay extra. The hot tub outside was broken and according to the resort, it has been broken for several months and I was not aware of that and it is not listed as such on the listing. When I asked about the hot tub, the listing agent just gave me a phone number to contact someone instead of reaching out to the proper personnel for me. I did ask if we could cut ties and I could check out early and be refunded for the remainder of days left so we could stay at a location closer to Gulf Shores and I was told no, which I understood.

Perfect vacation resort!

I love staying at the Beach Club! It’s clean and the amenities are top notch! The only thing about this stay was that there was some sort of young girl/teen cheerleading competition. A very large number of girls were staying at the property and they were very loud and obnoxious. The Screaming and yelling made for a less enjoyable vacation! There were other people complaining all around us. Couldn’t relax in the pool in the evening because they took it over and were screaming and loud and pretty rude. Hopefully the next time my family stays, they will not be there!

Fabulous Time

Nice condo at the Beach Club - Avalon

It was a nice condo, decorated very nice. The mattress in the main bedroom is worn out needs to be replaced! It was not as clean as it should be, there was popcorn, peanuts, and a napkin under the couch and table in the living room. Also a whole lot of dust under the beds! Otherwise pretty clean! There was so many dishes and utensils to use, very nice. Also they DO have a Keurig machine, which I had asked and they told me no! So we packed ours up to go with us, but their Keurig had a lot of sediment in it and I actually cleaned it for them. Do not listen to the BC gate security to let you into the condo before 4pm! They insisted that we could go on in 3x and so we called security and they let us in. We only wanted to walk to the beach because we got there early. Anyway……WSR called me and literally ripped me, because we got into the condo before 4pm. It was NOT our fault, the BC security who owns the property INSISTED for us to get into the condo early, they said it happens all the time. Anyway…..we let the security know that WSR was not happy and they said well that is ridiculous! The lady was cleaning the condo when we went in and you could tell she had cleaned most of it when we got there. We told her we just wanted to put our cart with luggage in the room. She was upset, which I probably would be also, BUT…..we were told it was okay! We felt like we were back in school being punished. Anyway the Avalon 909 is a very nice condo. We love this resort!!!

Very nice and comfortable, had everything we needed for our two weeks, kitchen was clean and stocked with all the small appliances we could have needed. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Had problem starting dishwasher but finally got it lined out.
