This stunning 4BR beach house (with 2 King Suites) sits in the gated Morgantown community, offering 2 pools (one heated as of Nov 2025), plus lighted tennis and pickleball courts. Enjoy Gulf views from the front deck or relax on the back deck overlooking a private lake. The beach is just 500 feet away—walk or rent a golf cart for a fun ride ($75/day, $400/week). Includes a beach cart for easy trips with chairs, toys, and all your seaside essentials!

The Space:
Welcome to coastal paradise at Rocky #3 by the Sea, a spectacular custom beach house located in the quiet community of Fort Morgan, AL, approximately 15 miles from the busy tourist-filled streets of Gulf Shores.

With 4 bedrooms, 2 king suites, & 3 bathrooms, this private home provides premium comfort for up to 12 people PLUS your PETS! The open kitchen and dining area features quartz countertops and premium stainless steel appliances, and a large living room with space for the whole family to be together. Sit and enjoy the beautiful views from one of the 3 large decks, or roam the miles of remote beautiful white beaches without the crowds.

➤ IMPORTANT DETAILS:
✔ DEPOSIT & CONTRACT: A $500 security deposit and signed rental contract will be required upon booking. Guests will have 24 hours to return the contract to maintain the reservation.
✔ SUPPLIES: This property is stocked with start-up supplies (i.e. hand soap, toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags). However, you will need to supplement with your own during your stay. We provide towels for bathing and bedding but please bring your beach towels.
✔ TRAVEL INSURANCE: We adhere to our cancellation policy. Please secure travel insurance if you would like protection against events (including weather) that may cause a change in travel plans.


➤ HOUSE RULES:
✔ AGE: Minimum age of primary renter: 25. The primary renter must stay the entire time rented. We reserve the right to request a copy of your identification to verify your age.
✔ OCCUPANCY: The occupancy limit for this property is 12 and any additional guest on the property may be vacated for trespassing. No parties or illegal activity allowed on the premises. Please respect your neighbors: Quiet time between 10pm-8am.
✔ PETS: This home is dog-friendly. We allow 2 small dogs (35 lbs or less) with a non-refundable pet fee of $150. * Per Baldwin County guidelines, pets must remain on a leash at all times. Also, please remember to clean up after your pet, or additional charges will apply. Please respect our neighbors and refrain from walking your pets on their property.
✔ NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside the house, including the use of e-cigarettes or any smoking devices that emit smoke. A $250 fine will be applied to the credit card on file, and a damage report will be filed for any violation of this policy. Smoking is only allowed outside, with the condition that cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Furthermore, it's essential to note that NO ILLEGAL DRUGS, including marijuana, are permitted anywhere on the premises.
✔ SECURITY: To ensure mutual safety and security, we have Ring security cameras at the front door. Please be aware that these cameras are positioned exclusively outside and may record activities in their vicinity. They are intended solely for security purposes and not for infringing upon anyone's privacy. Guests are strictly prohibited from tampering with, obscuring, or disabling these cameras at any point during their stay. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate eviction from the premises without eligibility for a refund.
✔ NATURE: One of the remarkable features of this home is its serene setting surrounded by trees and natural beauty. As a result, encountering various wildlife is possible during your stay in our home or within the neighborhood. This diverse wildlife spectrum includes squirrels, deer, raccoons, mice, spiders, mosquitoes, centipedes, flies, skunks, ticks, bees, wasps, crickets, ants, frogs, snakes, assorted bugs, and other creatures native to the area. These animals inhabit the natural surroundings, and while we thoroughly clean and inspect the premises before your arrival and maintain routine pest control measures, we cannot influence their natural activities. Occasionally, a stray bug might attempt to find its way indoors, so we kindly request your attention when opening and closing doors to minimize any entry. Please note that refunds will not be issued due to natural elements, like insects, making their way into the house. Additionally, there is a specific season when mosquitoes are prevalent. Although we professionally treat everything on the property, we recommend bringing bug spray if you are sensitive.
✔ MAINTENANCE: All maintenance is normally performed prior to your arrival, but we reserve the right to conduct routine maintenance if necessary. Please notify us of any maintenance issues or if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified immediately. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, you are authorizing us to enter the property and fix the stated issue to solve the problem. Please note, although we do our best to answer all calls right away, there may be a delay in our response after our normal business hours from 9am-8pm EST.
✔ DAMAGES: The tenant shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures during the term of this lease. Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges which will need to be paid for by you before your departure.
✔ INSURANCE: We adhere to our cancellation policy. Please secure travel insurance if you would like protection against events that may cause a change in travel plans.
✔ CHECK OUT: Check-out time is 10 am. Late check-out may be available for $50 per hour, depending upon availability. Please follow the checkout procedures posted inside the home and located in the manual.
✔ LIABILITY: Owner shall not be liable for injury or damage to Tenant or any person who uses or is in the premises, or be liable for damage to their property, or the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Beach Bliss!

This was our first time staying at this vacation rental, and we’ll definitely be back! The house is just a short walk to the beach and has a great outdoor space that we really enjoyed. The inside was just as described in the listing with spacious bedrooms and a welcoming living/kitchen combo. We rented the golf cart which made for easy morning beach setups. The community is very walkable and the kids in my crew enjoyed how easy it was to access the sports court and pool. It was also our first visit to the Fort Morgan area—much more relaxed than Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, which made for a perfect getaway. There are a few restaurants in the area and a Dollar General for groceries.

Great stay for family highly recommed

Our contract Melissa was great. This was actually our first VRBO rental. The house was clean and everything was orderly. We did wish that there were more cleaning supplies so we can do a better job before we left. For example, there was only one detergent tab for the dishwasher, there is no spray to clean the counters with so we did the best we could. other than that it’s close to the beach, walking distance, great place to run if you like running.

Everything and MORE!

Enjoyed our stay at Rocky #3 more than any other beach trip! It has everything you could need at the house along with a prime location in the Morgantown community. The property manager was amazing to work with and easily available at any time for any questions. Highly recommend! GET THE GOLF CART! I have to say, with multiple children and adults, the golf cart was the highlight of our trip. It made everything so much easier from the pool to the beach and to nightly cruises to wind the kids down. Made lots of friends throughout the community which made the stay even better!

Exceeded Expectations

This house is beautiful and perfectly located in a quiet, clean neighborhood. We took our kids, aged 13, 11, and 9 and my mom. The setup of the house was perfect for us! Having two master suites is awesome if you have two sets of adults. The beach along Morgantown is beautiful and the sugar sand does not disappoint! All of the homes here are clean and well kept in a beautiful community. Walking distance to the beach is very short, but the golf cart added even more fun and convenience. Rocky was very accessible and clearly cared about our stay and that we had everything we needed. We enjoyed being away from the touristy part of Gulf Shores and didn't mind the drive into town. We highly recommend Rocky 3, it does not disappoint!

Quiet Retreat

We stayed here for 3 weeks and loved it. Rocky's home is perfect for extended stays with two master suites and plenty of storage. The kitchen is well-equipped and the proximity to the beach and town were awesome. We walked the beach twice each day with our dogs; there are many dogs here! Our favorite part was sitting on the back deck watching the gators and turtles. The locals are very friendly and two restaurants within 5 minutes made for a nice break from cooking. The Tiki Cookout was great for dinners and all of Rocky's suggestions for area items were spot on. It was the perfect work-from-home getaway for us. Home away from home

Everything about this property was updated. Plenty of space for three teenagers and four adults. We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and proximity to the beach. Definitely recommend renting this house.

Amazing!

This home is beautifully updated with plenty of room. While not right on the beach, it is literally only a few steps down the road. The kitchen is well stocked and all appliances are updated. Booking was easy, and communication was wonderful. We were very pleased and hope to stay here again. The beach and home are dog friendly and the neighborhood is perfect for dog walking.

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday with four adults and my six year old grandson. This is as listing appears. A beautiful home nicely decorated. The golf cart made the experience so much fun plus better access to beach which is a few blocks away. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

5 star service and stay.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I don't know what to say other than it was perfect! I was a little bummed this year that to save money we decided to rent a house one block away from the beach, but this house did not disappoint! The house was very spacious and decorated super cute (Very modern and updated) Rocky was awesome to deal with. To be honest, I felt like he welcomed me into his home not just one of his rentals. The house had everything we needed and had a lot of things that we had forgotten. We rented the golf cart (which is a must especially if you have small children!) and the wagon came with it. It was well worth the money. We walked to the beach too because it is so close. The house is perfect walking distance to the beach and the pool. We will definitely come back and stay here again. Great Beach Trip

With the hurricane, we weren't sure how things would go. Rocky was great, had the next week open and allowed us to move our dates a few days. Property is in a great location and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend house and Rocky as a host!

BEAUTIFUL beach house!!!

This was our first time ever renting a house for a vacation, and this house definitely did not disappoint! The house was very well stocked with all the essentials, and it was so beautifully furnished & spotless! If I ever have the chance to own a beach house, it will look just like this one! Every inch of THIS HOUSE IS GORGEOUS, and a great place to unplug! I’d also like to add that Rocky, the owner of the house, was very available and quick to respond to any questions we had. Two thumbs up on both the house and owner on this property.
