"It's Always Sunny" is a charming 6-bedroom/4-baths house in Gulf Shores. This coastal retreat offers breathtaking views of the Gulf, spacious living area, and modern amenities. With direct beach access, it's an ideal oasis for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. The tastefully furnished interiors, well-equipped kitchen, and proximity to local attractions make this property the perfect choice for an unforgettable getaway!

With an impressive 2366 square feet of contemporary style and living space, this home is an ideal choice to house both family and friends during your stay in paradise. Upon your arrival, it will be impossible to not fall in love with the fabulous open concept layout of this home, featuring stunning floors, high ceilings, and windows that allow for an abundance of natural light and easy peeks at the Gulf views in front of you.

Downstairs, you will find the living room that flows right into the dining area, which seats 10 people between the table and bar area, and on to the fully stocked kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, and all small appliances are provided to enable you to enjoy this home as if it were your own. Down the hall on your left, you will find the first guest bedroom featuring 2 sets of full over full bunk beds and on the right, the second guest bedroom with a plush queen-size bed. For added convenience, there's also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on this floor.

Next, head upstairs to find 3 additional guest bedrooms, the master suite and the laundry room.

The spacious master suite features a comfortable king-size bed and plenty of natural light from the sliding glass doors that leads you to the large Gulf front private balcony. The master bathroom features a walk in-shower.

The third guest bedroom is also a suite that features a king size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The other 2 guest bedrooms both feature a queen size bed. One of the bedrooms features stunning Gulf views from the oversized window. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom that has a walk-in shower.

Whether you are looking for an adventurous or relaxing vacation, location is everything and our location lets you pick your own adventure! You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Other features of Gulf Shores include "The Hangout" home to the famous "Hangout Music Festival" where you get to listen to your favorite bands with your toes in the sand. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! * RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 6 vehicles per reservation parked under the house/driveway, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

excellent home for a 4 generation group

we had a group of 11 - from an 8 month old to a 92 year old - with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and area to socialize. the house was perfect for our needs! access to the beach was easy and Bobby at Gulf Shore Beach Rental was excellent to work with regarding tents and chairs. He came daily to set up and tear down!

We enjoyed our stay and thought the house was very nice. We noticed right away there was not a single wine glass or large mixing bowl for us to mix a salad for 11 ladies, so I contacted the office and they ordered some through Walmart to have them delivered, which they did. With such a huge kitchen, you would have thought it would have several mixing/salad bowls. There were no kitchen trash bags to get us started. Every vrbo I’ve stayed in at least has a couple to start with. Thank goodness the weather was wonderful so we could all eat outside. There were not enough chairs around the kitchen table and the counter to seat all 11 of us. The only door would not shut without it locking and entering a 8 digit code, which is annoying when there are multiple people coming and going. I wish they had supplied beach towels and beach chairs. It would be helpful to have a book with instructions on how to work the thermostat and tv etc instead of having to go back to the email for instructions. The communication with the company was very prompt and they tried to accommodate us with the wine glasses (they sent 8 and we had 11 people) and one bowl, which was nice. The dryer set off the smoke alarm so we turned it off. We did have a wonderful time.

Beyond my expectations!

Everything was wonderful from booking to checking out. Communication was effective and timely. I have never booked through Vrbo and was very stressed. The entire process was simple. I will definitely use Vrbo and this property again. The only suggestions I can make are cleaner towels. The towels were dingy and many stained from overuse. Beach chairs and shade would have been amazing.

Awesome Stay

We did a weekend stay at Gulfshores, and stayed at this beautiful property. The house was absolutely gorgeous, clean, spacious, up to date decor and layout. There was a beautiful view of the beach from the patio and rooms, with easy access to the beach. Beds at first felt a little hard but they were very comfortable. Only cons to this place was upon entrance, we couldn't get the door to unlock. I felt it was jammed, but the owner was quick to respond and after a little pushing, it unlocked. He even sent a maintenance person the same day. Just a few things we would have liked more (not a deal breaker) but It would have been nice if every room had a television and long length mirror (or at least somewhere in the open). It was a little hassle sharing the living room tv with different age groups. There were tvs in some rooms, but some didn't have one.. Again not a deal breaker Although there was enough parking space, one side was big enough for SUV's the other side only a smaller car could fit. Also not sure if we overlooked this, we didn't see an iron and ironing board. That would have been nice But overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others. The property manager was responsive from start to finish. Even was nice enough to answer questions before our stay. Thanks for such a great stay!
