• Gulf Shores, Alabama, at Lani Kai on West Beach Blvd

• Private HOA beach access: across West Beach Blvd, about a 2-minute walk. It’s a 4-lane road, so most guests walk one block to the traffic light for an easier crossing.

• Pier 33 for groceries, beach supplies, snacks, and quick essentials: about a 3–5 minute walk

• Downtown Gulf Shores, restaurants, souvenir shops, and entertainment: about 0.5–1 mile away

• The Hangout (home of Sand In My Boots Festival 2027) is 0.7 miles away

• Restaurants, coffee, ice cream, and beach shops: walkable

• Larger grocery stores like Rouses, Publix, and Walmart: about a 5–10 minute drive

Guest access

• Self check-in with a keypad lock. Your four-digit code arrives on check-in day.

• Enter the code, wait for the Schlage button to turn green, and turn the thumbturn left. Please lock the door each time you leave.

• Parking: One spot under the building. It's a little snug for large SUVs. The first parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass can be purchased for $30.

• You'll hear from us before you arrive, and we're a quick text away during your stay.



Other things to note

• Second floor, one flight of stairs, no elevator

• A rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking

• No third-party bookings. Whoever books must be present for the stay.

• No pets, per our HOA

• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM

• Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season



FALL + EXTENDED STAYS

Fall is one of our favorite times in Gulf Shores: warm water, quieter beaches, and an easier pace than peak summer. We welcome October, November, winter, and extended stays when the calendar allows. If you’re looking for a monthly stay, snowbird-friendly condo, remote-work beach stay, or a peaceful place to land after changed travel plans, send an inquiry with your preferred dates.
