Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening, the balcony provides a scenic spot to take in the coastal surroundings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
The private bedroom includes a queen size bed, views of little lagoon, and a flat screen TV for added comfort. The spa-style bathroom features beautiful tile work and a river-stone massage shower bed in a large walk-in shower.

For added convenience, the unit also includes a full size washer and dryer.

COMPLEX AMENITIES
Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club offers great amenities for both relaxation and recreation. Guests can enjoy the resort style outdoor waterfall pool, outdoor hot tub, gazebos, shuffleboard, and lighted tennis and pickleball courts. There are also BBQ grills and a picnic area for outdoor dining. The complex also offers deeded beach access. For boating and fishing, the complex features a private boat launch, two lighted fishing piers, a fish cleaning station, and six boat slips available on a first come, first serve basis. Ample on site boat and trailer parking is available, and a one time boat fee applies for the length of your stay.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Parking is not included with the reservation. Guests will need to purchase parking passes on-site at the condominium. If bringing a boat, please note that boats over 21 feet are not permitted at this property. A trailer fee will be required and paid directly at the complex.
