    Located just steps from the beach, this penthouse level condo boasts a bright and serene interior with plenty of vacation perks like access to an outdoor pool and sauna. This Gulf-front condo is also near plenty of local attractions and activities including the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf State Park Pier, an amusement park, golfing, and dining.



    After a full day of exploring the area or lounging by the zero-entry pool that overlooks the Gulf, come home to relax on the sofa and enjoy the cable TV. When the group gets hungry, take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen. Eat meals or play games together at the dining table. Rest up in the tranquil bedrooms and get ready for another day of vacation bliss. While the location and view was spectacular the unit was not equipped at all. Very few towels and what was there were bad quality. Could not cook a meal given the lack of kitchen supplies. The furniture was dirty and worn. I saw a bad review and reached out to the management comp. They said they would look into it but then said they “didn’t have any photos”. We took a chance and was very disappointed. Glad it was a very short stay

When we got into the unit we could not have been more disappointed. This unit has the potential to be a beautiful stay, but the pictures do not meet what we saw. There was food crumbs across tables, the granite counter was cracked in half, the furniture was run down to bare wood in many spots, the pillows had HUGE stains on them. I could go on and on. I have never stayed in a Vrbo in this condition. When we arrived, we were told the pool was closed. There were signs throughout the facility stating it had been closed for a month and would be opening the day after we left. to make it worse, there was a workers trolley car that came down in front of the balcony and the doors on the balcony did not have locks. The potential of this unit at the property is unreal if managed right. And we would stay in another unit within the property itself in the future. But until this one has some years of positive reviews showing a change in it, There is no way I could recommend this. And the property manager is impossible to get ahold of directly (we did check in on a Sunday). They have no phone numbers and you can only reach them on vrbo texting service. I was only able to reach someone directly because the building management gave me a phone number. (FYI, Builiding management was great, but the don't control the rentals)Sadly we ended up requesting a refund and moving to another place because this one was so dirty and the pool (a big reason we booked it) was closed.
