Diese Einheit mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern befindet sich im 5. Stock eines Komplexes mit geringer Dichte und wurde wunderschön renoviert. Die 1. Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Zugang zum Balkon, einen 43-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und ein Master-Bad mit Badewanne und separater ebenerdiger Dusche. Die 2. Master Suite verfügt über 2 Queensize-Betten, einen 32-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und ein angeschlossenes Bad. Das 3. Zimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett sowie einen 32-Zoll-Flachbild-TV. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein großes Schnittsofa, eine schöne Aussicht auf den Golf, einen Flachbild-TV, einen DVD-Player und Zugang zum großen privaten Balkon.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, Quarzarbeitsplatten und eine große Frühstückstheke. Dieses Gerät wird insgesamt 10 mit einem Schlafsofa schlafen. Das Gerät verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe und kostenfreies WLAN.

My overall experience was a good one. Condo was nice. Had a few cosmetic issues and the couch had stains on it when we arrived but all beds were nice and clean. Check in was delayed about an hour due to the condo still being cleaned but our family enjoyed our vacation and would book again.

5th condo view beautiful

The condo was decorated with beach vibe, Best view of beach being on the 5th floor. Kitchen stocked with everything you needed to cook. Enjoyed the stay. Issues were fan broken in third bedroom, hair dryer broken in third bathroom. Couch white was spotted here and there was dirty. Floor carpet dirty spots and not vacuumed in areas. All bath showers and tubs very dated.

Perfect beach location

Even though the building is old, the unit was decorated nicely, had plenty of room, and provided lots of chairs on balcony for great Gulf views. Communication with managing company, Liquid Life, was excellent. Place was clean but did have to ask them to come and clean all ceiling fans since they were covered in black dust. There were a few stains on white slip covered sofa and also on white pillow sham on one of the beds but I guess that can be expected when everything is white. Would come here again.

The place is beautiful, and so cute.. we all began to get sick after the first night.. after looking around black mold was in two of the three showers.. beside the air vent in the ceiling, in one of the bathrooms, and all in the ice maker.. with the price we paid, the black mold was crazy. The bathroom outlets also quit working the first night. It’s a cute place, but needs better cleaning..

Gulf Shores 3-generation family vaca

My two adult children, 4-yr old granddaughter, and I enjoyed our 3-bedroom condo overlooking the Gulf and pool and look forward to doing it again. Beautiful condo. Very relaxing stay. One con... I've stay in VRBOs several times a year and have for many years and this was the first time we had to buy so much extra stuff that was not provided by condo owner... beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc. Every VRBO beach condo I've ever stayed in has a closet full of stuff for guests to use. So just be prepared for the extra costs.

It was fine

The property is fine but the showers are really outdated and the white couch is actually really stained. i didn’t feel comfortable sitting there because it felt dirty. the washer/dryer stopped working and i messaged the property. they said someone would come fix it, but they never did. other than those things, beds were clean so was the kitchen and check in was easy.

Unit had 3 bedrooms and we had 3 couples with cars but only 2 cars were allowed but we didn’t know that till we arrived. Other than that it was great!

college friend reunion

5 lifelong friends from all over the east coast spent a partial week at the condo in Gulf Shores. It met our expectations overall but the balcony exceeded our expectations!! We spent the majority of the time there when at the condo snd not sleeping. We did however have to bring a chair out from inside to accommodate 5 of us sitting. Location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Only minor complaint is that the slip cover on the couch was dirty but being how it was white, not easy to stay white. Beds were comfortable. We had a problem with flushing one of the toilets but it was fixed right away. The screen on the balcony door exiting the living area needs be replaced as the screen was pulled away from the frame. We loved our time in Gulf Shores and would definitely recommend this condo!!

This is only the third Condo we have ever stayed, always rented a beach house, because the stairs became to much for us oldies we chose a condo. I wish we had found this condo 17 years ago. it was excellent. It was clean, well kept, very spacious, and reasonable price. In fact we have already booked it for 2022. Had one problem with upper rack on the dishwasher, called management company and man said roller was broken, had to order replacement, we could only use lower rack. That was no problem for us, 2 people have few dirty dishes, since we dine out a lot. If I could suggest something that would make this place perfect it would be a small recliner. Old folks are prone to nap often. ;-)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was spectacular. The only issue we could see was that the floors were not clean. There was no visible dirt on the floors but when we went to clean up a spill the floors were filthy dirty.
