Checked in late Sunday night. Realized Monday morning that the master bathroom shower head was completely broken off. Called Gulf 2 Beach. Promised someone would be out same day. Nothing! Called again Tuesday and spoke with Michelle, WORST customer service EVER! She has no business working with the public. Rude, yelled at me, interrupted and spoke over me! She made every excuse in the book about being backed up due to other emergencies. She said "Other emergencies are more serious than ours and they'd get to to it ASAP." No show Tuesday! Still no working shower! Called again Wednesday morning and got someone other than Michelle. I informed the lady of the situation, she was appalled and stated she would have a manager call me and work out compensation for the THREE days with a broken shower. Someone was there in less than 2 hours. Fixed in 15 minutes. Called back Friday, got Michelle again. She assured me someone would call me back. Crickets! Checked out Sunday morning, Called again after we returned home and spoke with Michelle again on Tuesday, she promised someone would call back by week's end. NOTHING! I've now left two messages since. No return phone call. I can't go as far as to blame the owner, at this point. I'm not sure if they are being communicated with? However, there is ZERO chance I will EVER stay at a property managed by Gulf 2 Beach! I would bet even after seeing this, they still will not pick up the phone, call me, and attempt to make this right!
