Easy breezy is a luxurious beach house in Gulf Shores, Alabama, situated on the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The East side of the duplex has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths and sleeps a total of 12. The house also offers a beachfront private pool for guests to enjoy. There are a total of 2 swimming pools, one per side of the beach house.



The Space:

Easy Breezy is an 18 Bedroom Duplex. This variation will be one side with third floor blocked of to make a 5 bedroom, 12 bed, 5.5 bath.

This property is equipped with a security system and exterior security cameras. The security system is not operational during the rental period. The cameras should not be relied upon by guests for personal safety or security and/or the security of belongings. These cameras are to monitor entry and exit doors of the property and do not in any way compromise the privacy of guests within the home and/or pool. Owners may use the cameras to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any tampering or damage caused to the security system or cameras by guest(s) may result in additional charges.



The Neighborhood:

Easy Breezy Is located out towards Fort Morgan. Many beach houses located around this property with private beach entrance. Very secluded beach area free from the busyness of the tourist area.



Getting Around:

Personal vehicle transportation is recommended. Property driveway is available for parking.



Other Things to Note:

Reservations must be a minimum of seven nights during peak season, certain holidays, and special annual events, such as spring break and fall break.

From May 18th to August 10th, both sides of Easy Breezy MUST BE RENTED TOGETHER

We sometimes make exceptions, so please call us to rent just one side OR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.
