The bright and airy living space offers comfortable seating and gorgeous views of the bay! When ready to prepare the days catch, you will love the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless appliances.

Navy cove is the perfect laid back location to enjoy both the beach and the bay! After a day of playing on the beach or cruising around in your boat, you can kick back and relax by one of 2 sparkling pools or unwind in one of the 2 hot tubs for some real relaxation. For those who love to fish, the marina itself is one of the hot spots for redfish and speckled trout in the area. You don't even need a boat to hook into some nice fish!

The unit comes with deeded boat slip #52. There is power and water at the slip and a fish cleaning station just down the pier. The slip comes with a 10,000 lb boat lift that is setup for a bay boat. Use of the slip and boat lift are "at your own risk". There are also 4-5 community boat slips that can be used if you are bringing more than one boat.
