We returned yesterday from a 3 night stay at this property, & not one of the 10 guests would return to this house. We arrived Friday & began stocking the side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with food. We noticed the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly, so we texted the property manager, Vacasa. A local Vacasa representative called and informed us that they were aware that the refrigerator had been broken for several days, & they had thought someone had fixed it on our check in day. No one from the property management company bothered to confirm that it had been repaired. They then informed us that it wouldn't be until the next day at best that they could have someone fix the fridge. Their suggestion to us was to go purchase a bunch of coolers and ice to save our food. When I we expressed our disappointment in arriving to a house without a working refrigerator, Vacasa stated that a working refrigerator is an amenity, and not guaranteed. The house had other issues, as well. The showers do not drain properly, which leaves you standing in ankle deep water. It would take 10 minutes to drain, causing a backup when we have 10 people to cycle through showers. The house is advertised to have a room with two sets of full sized bunks. The set of beds on the left was so unstable that it was unusable. They sent someone to "tighten the screws," but you could tell this bed had been damaged & improperly repaired. It was not usable. This left us two beds short. Vacasa does a poor job.
