„Nice view of the beach. It was a LONG walk to our room from the elevators. We definitely got our steps in, since we were on the complete opposite end of the bldg. Studio Apt was nice but exactly that. If you need space amongst your party this isn't the rental for you. It was very clean and fully stocked of any appliance you might need. „The building was run down and needed a lot of updates. It didnt seem very welcoming. The room seemed clean when we first walked in untill you started looking more closely. The couch is DISGUSTING! stains all over it. We had to put sheets on it in order to sit on it. The one bedroom had lamps which both didnt work. Both bathrooms had hair and the whole place was grungy. The owner had lots of rules that they dont disclose BEFORE you rent the room. Parking is 40$ a night. Save your money and go ...

„Had a nice little welcome package waiting for us. Perfect location next to the beach yet in a quiet area of town. Everything was as described. Kitchen was decked out in everything you could ever need. We stayed a weekend and only ate out once and only needed to get food, they had everything else. Plenty of pools with a take one leave one float box. Didn't use because we had kids but I really liked that they had a 21+ pool cause the other pools got a little crowded and loud.“

„The room appeared clean until we actually started paying attention. The towels were not white they were dirty and dingy and had not only hair in them but 2 towels had dead bugs. The tub was dirty and had a black film around it. There was a stain on the toilet that we ended up cleaning. I did not like the fact that we payed a host fee but was required to leave the place like we found it (empty the trash and take it down to the dumpster etc) check in and check out were easy to follow and the kids ...

„The hot tub broke during our stay, the other hot tub was only partially filled. The pools outside were freezing, in the indoor pool was dirty. The basketball and tennis courts were amazing! Indoor gym was very small.“

„This unit was on the first floor. It lead right outside to tennis court and pool. Good location with easy access to everything. One downfall is that it is right next to garbage and dumpster collection. The unit was mostly clean but we did find clothes and linens left over from the previous guests. An email took care of that the next day. Overall happy with this place.“
