This house offers an open concept with everything you need for an awesome stay! Basic toiletries, kitchen utensils and cooking supplies included! Grocery stores and restaurants are under 5 minutes away. Tiger point Golf Club is also a 5 minute drive. 10 minutes drive away, you'll find all the area beaches. Gulf Breeze Zoo, movie theater, two parks and Oriole Beach boat ramp are also within 10 minutes.

1. Master king room with attached full bath with shower and tub.

2. Another master king room with full bath shower.

3. Half bath in the hallway with washer and dryer. Bath and beach towels are located in the cabinets above the washer and dryer.

4. Queen bedroom is across hall from half bathroom. Pack and play crib is provided in the closet.

5. Bunk bed room is full on full and additional pull out trundle bed. Also has TV.

6. Kitchen has all cookware and dishes available. Microwave, stove, oven, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker. Also a cabinet full of board games.

7. Back patio has outdoor storage we keep coolers, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, grill and patio chairs.

Rental is for use of the entire property.

Owner is also the manager of this house, easy to communicate via messaging system.

Pensacola beach under 15 minutes away, Navarre beach about 20 minutes. Perdido Key 25 minutes.
Property is within 5 minutes of grocery stores and restaurants (many).
Safe, quiet, neighborhood!
Very clean house- our cleaners are awesome!
Off street parking easily fits two vehicles.
Beach gear included (boogie boards, coolers, beach toys.)
Sleeps 10 people however if all adults, 9 would be most comfortable.
