Enjoy direct access to the water from our private dock! For your enjoyment, we provide **two paddle boards and one kayak**, available complimentary during your stay. A selection of life jackets (personal flotation devices) in various sizes is also provided for guest use. Spend the day exploring the bay, paddling along the shoreline, fishing from the dock, or simply relaxing and taking in the beautiful waterfront views.

This spacious waterfront home is designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories with family and friends. The home features four bedrooms, including one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms upstairs. The primary suite is located on the second floor and includes a private en-suite bathroom and beautiful water views.

The lower level offers a large family-friendly space with a large room with a king bed, bunk beds. A full bathroom, and a comfortable living room area with a sofa bed—perfect for kids, teens, or an additional gathering space. The main living area flows into the kitchen and indoor dining area, creating a welcoming space for meals and conversation after a day on the water.

Step outside and you'll find one of the best features of the home: a spacious waterfront deck with outdoor dining. Enjoy breakfast overlooking the bay, lunch in the sea breeze, or dinner under the stars while listening to the gentle sounds of the water.

Whether you're fishing from the dock, boating, exploring nearby beaches, or simply unwinding with a glass of wine while taking in the view, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and waterfront adventure.

Guest access
Enjoy convenient self-check-in starting at 2:00 PM. Your front door lockbox code will be sent approximately 1 hour before check-in so you can arrive and settle in at your convenience.

Other things to note
Guests are welcome to bring a boat and anchor in the water next to the dock. For safety and liability purposes, all guests must sign a dock and waterfront waiver prior to arrival. The signed waiver must be received before access to the property is granted.
