During migration season, whales can often be spotted directly from the property — a rare and genuinely memorable experience. One of the most unique parts of staying here is hearing the sea lions on the rocks below. •The home is heated via a furnace controlled by a thermostat downstairs.
•There is no air conditioning at the property.

•Cell service can be limited along portions of the Sonoma Coast. The home has Wi-Fi, and most guests can make and receive calls using Wi-Fi Calling on their phone.

The $42 charge listed as a "management fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property.
