„Check-in was easy; the lobby felt safe/secure; the staff was friendly and provided free water bottles. My only complaint is that we did not get to enjoy the pool, but at the same time I appreciate it was closed for cleaning, to ultimately benefit the health and safety of the guests. No pool is better than an unclean pool“

Also I had called down for a hairdryer at 8:30am was told housekeeping came in at 9:00am and they would send them up with one. At 9:45 am I called back and they “let them know” at that point. I waited another 45 minutes but then had to leave for my engagement and was unable to do my hair because I didn’t get the hair dryer in time. It took them over two hours to get me a hairdryer.
