I personally investigated the mentioned specifics with the team to ensure that such occurrences do not happen again and that our guests have an enhanced customer experience. I can assure you the sheets are laundered and sanitized. We get our linen pressed and delivered by an outside linen service. I can only surmise that the sheets you encountered did not pass QA and had a stain on it. We work incredibly hard to provide a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay near Yosemite. We also are located in an outdoor forest environment and therefore there are some challenges with dust and other outside environmental impacts. I am not making an excuse, but your review is very scathing and damaging, and unfair especially when you see many of your fellow guests recognize our efforts and experience a rather different and enhanced stay.
