**Gated Community Access Permits

**Pine Mountain Lake HOA requires a one-time access permit fee of $50 per

vehicle to enter the gated community. This fee is non-refundable and goes

directly to PML HOA. A stay of eight or more nights will require additional

fees, as per PMLA regulations.

Yosemite requires reservations on peak days for personal vehicle entry. We can

guide you on how to secure one! If you can’t get a reservation, no

worries—daily shuttles leave from Pine Mountain Lake. Message us after booking
