**The Space**

This 1,465-square-foot cabin spans two levels and comfortably accommodates up

to nine guests. Designed for relaxation and convenience, it features:



* Three bedrooms, two bathrooms

* Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and tea kettle.

* Dining table for six

* Washer & Dryer for guest use

* Wall-mounted heat & wood-burning stove for cozy evenings.

* Wall-mounted A/C units in each room

* Game area with ping pong table for extra entertainment.

* Outdoor gas BBQ for grilling (propane not included—tank available to be refilled at local market)

* Bedroom 2 - Queen bed

* Bedroom 3 - Two bunk beds (four twin beds)

**Pet Policy

** This is a pet-friendly home with a **$75 per stay pet fee plus tax**



All pets must be approved, declared, and registered with Yosemite Region

Resorts prior to arrival. **Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and non-

destructive. **



**Pets are not allowed on furniture, and unsupervised pets must be crated.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all pet waste.**

As part of the gate Pine Mountain Lake community, guests have access to a

range of resort-style amenities:



* Three beaches, including Marina Beach - just 200 feet from the cabin. This is the largest and most popular beach in Pine Mountain Lake, featuring a designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic tables, a snack shack, and rentals for sailboats, kayaks, paddleboards, and paddle boats.

* 18-hole championship golf course & country club with indoor & outdoor dining.

* Community pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and horseshoe pits.

* Equestrian center & hiking trails

* Small airport for private planes

* No outdoor fires permitted

* Firewood is not provided but available for purchase locally

* Parking is provided for up to three vehicles

* Driveway is up-sloping

* Pine Mountain Lake Access Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $50 per vehicle is required by the HOA (additional fees apply for stays of 8+ nights)

* Linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, & comforters are provided for each bed

* A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap is included.

* Beach towels, coffee, spices, cooking oils, and food are not
