Heavenly Hilltop is a spacious three-level, 4,600-square-foot retreat offering

stunning mountain views just minutes from Pine Mountain Lake’s Marina Beach

and 25 miles from Yosemite National Park. Designed for large groups and

families, this home features six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a hot tub, and

multiple entertainment areas.

Gated Community Access & Fees

The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with

24-hour security.

A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable

directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur

additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.



Parking & Accessibility

Driveway parking available for up to 6 vehicles

Interior and exterior stairways throughout the property

Elevator is not operational



Additional Info

Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided (beach

towels not included)

Outdoor wood fires are strictly prohibited

Gas BBQ available (propane not included—tank available to be refilled at

local market)

No pets or animals allowed at any time—no exceptions
