Parking:
There is space in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Please note the driveway is steep, and 4WD is recommended during winter conditions. A $50 per vehicle entry fee is required and must be paid at the front gate.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets (1 Dog only) are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.

Trash & Garbage Policy
The PML community enforces a very strict garbage policy. Only designated bins may be used for trash. All trash must be secured with heavy lids, and diapers may not be left out at any time.

Climate Control
The home does not have air conditioning.

Accessibility
Stairs are required to access the property.

Parking & Driveway Conditions
The driveway is steep, and four-wheel drive is recommended during winter conditions.

Gated Community Entry Fee
There is a one-time entry fee of $50 per vehicle required to access the gated community.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in. Airbnb reservations are exempt.
