* Guest have full access to the home and property EXCEPT a few locked owners/cleaners closets. Please enjoy the outdoor kitchen and seating area, back yard space, fire pit, boat dock.

* We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our lake home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

* Property is lake front and secluded in the trees so this means there are spiders, snakes, and other critters around the property. You will see deer and a fox from time to time.

* Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.

* The Honeycomb House is located in a secluded lakefront neighborhood. We're nestled in the woods with lots of wildlife and mature trees. We're at the end of a dead end road so expect peace and quiet while listening to the waves crash on the shoreline below.

* The road dead-ends into our driveway so just keep driving!

* Steep driveway. Parking for at least 5-6 vehicles. We recommend a 4WD vehicle if staying during inclement weather due to the steep driveway.

* 2 car garage is available but cannot guarantee YOUR vehicle will fit as we have misc items stored in the garage.
