„My husband and i stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful time! From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. Danny at The Reef made sure the drinks kept flowing and Wander kept us inform of all the activities. We had a beautiful time! Everyone was attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. “

„The resort overall was beautiful. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the swim ups. Service definitely had its ups and downs. „The views at this property was incredible and the rooms were amazing. The outside furniture could use an upgrade but the hotel is very picturesque and makes for great photo ops. The initial interaction with front desk staff was not the warmest of what I expected but it got better. The property's location is great, very easy access into town. However, it is not easily accessible driving to the property initially. The rooms were very spacious and my favorite part of the hotel.“

„At the beginning of our trip, we gave the staff and the swrvise 5 stars. Unfortunately this changed after 4 days. Apparently we hadn't tipped enough. At the pool the food was no longer brought to the table, you were called to pick it up. Also at dinner you had to ask for coffee and drinks in the 2nd half of your stay. Ovrr 170$ for a massage is definitely too expensive. Otherwise the food etc was good for the price.“
