"We had a nice stay on both occasions. The staff was very kind and helpful. Ee went to Niagara for 2 days and could store our suitcase without any problems. Just ask for Endrious and he will take care of you. The rooms are spacious and clean. Only thing I didn‘t like was that whenever I went outside to grab something off of Doordash there was a Marihuana smell. That however is something that the Hotel has no control of. Surroundings are safe, there is a Loblaws right besides the Hotel and it‘s only a couple of minutes down to Eaton Centre. We‘ll be back!"

"We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The check-in and check-out was super easy. The apartment was clean and had everything we could have wished for. We loved the balcony (your shouldn’t be afraid of heights 😉) and used it often. There are many stores, cafes and restaurants near by. Also many of the attractions are within walking distance. If we come back to Chicago we would definitely stay there again!"
