„We are a family of 7 with 2 dogs. We stayed in L'aigle for 1 week for Christmas and had a marvelous stay. The accommodation is wonderful and fits the exact description provided. The owners are really friendly and very helpful, they even had a Christmas tree for us to decorate. Clean - main complaints about listing and extra payments - covered parking not free, but only 35 Euros for week. WIFI pass only for 1 device which is inadequate for 4-6 people, so I would not list this as free WIFI. We had to pay extra for 6 WIFI passes. „The bathtub was split in half. They did not have towels. I had to rent bedsheets. I used the bedsheet to shower. I stayed one night and left the mountain by but the next day. I paid almost $650.00 for this horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN.“

„Apartment was a great size for 5 of us (2 bed plus alcove with bunks). It was clean & well equipped & the reception staff were very friendly & helpful. We loved the swimming pool sauna & steam room - a great addition to our holiday! Location-wise it is at one end of the Deux Alpes strip (less busy end) which was good from a noise perspective. „Das Hotel ist in schlechtem Zustand und wird nicht besonders gepflegt. Ich hatte Haare im Bett und einen gelben Fleck auf der Matratze/ Überzug. Die Wasserarmaturen in der Dusche waren schwarz statt verchromt weil mit agressivem Reiningungmittel gearbeitet wird. Der Wasserhahn hing fast zur Wand raus. Weiter war die der Wasserhahn defekt und kaum einzustellen. Das Zimmer/ Appartment war kalt, es standen 3 oder 4 Elektro-Öfen im Zimmer. Für den Preis ein absolutes NO-GO!“
