This property is in a terrific location, close to many activities, restaurants, park and trail. Because you are in the heart of the city and crowds of people, there will be noise. The property has a sound machine in the bedroom and that works very well to block out the street noise. Our only disappointment was the inability to access cable tv, (I think the cable box was faulty) we really wanted to watch the NCAA basketball tourney.

The Host was fantastic - extremely helpful and responding quickly. The place was right in downtown which made everything very accessible. Walkable to so many restaurants, parks, YMCA, etc. Loft supplies for bathroom and kitchen were abundant. Bed was very comfortable.

Clean, needs some updating. Downtown location is great, centrally located to downtown restaurants , shopping and entertainment. No street parking however it was the weekend after Christmas. Located across the street from a bar, which is ok but the first night the music was so loud we needed to use the sound machine and our AirPods with additional sound music to fall asleep at 2:40. Bar closed at 2:00. I will say the Saturday night stay was less noisy. Parking garage within 1 block of the property. Host was very responsive!!!

This loft was the perfect location for all things downtown! Definitely use the sound machine they supply because it can be a little loud at night. Overall, loved our stay! The burger place directly downstairs, Windy City Burgers is so fire and the owner is super nice. Definitely check it out if you stay!

The unit was easy to find, entry was a breeze, and it looks just like the photos. It’s a beautiful space in a great location, and we really enjoyed being right in downtown Greenville.That said, we did have a few stressful hiccups. Upon arrival, the bathroom toilet tank plumbing split during the first use and sprayed water everywhere. The bathroom flooded, and we had to use many towels to soak it up. My husband, daughter, and I were caught in the chaos and got completely soaked. To management’s credit, Garrett responded quickly and had a plumber out within a couple of hours to make the repair.As far as noise — yes, it’s the downtown bar area, and we expected some. Thursday, Friday and Sunday were fine, just the usual bar let-out sounds. Saturday night, however, was extreme. From 1:30–3:30am the street was packed with people partying loudly. Eight Harleys parked directly beneath the living room window revved nonstop for hours while blasting music. Police eventually arrived around 3am with sirens and loudspeakers to disperse the crowd. It may have been an unusual night, but it was very disruptive.In addition, the extra bed was missing proper bedding — no pillows and no fresh blanket were provided, which made it difficult to use.

My wife and I stayed at the Trio Loft for a quick weekend getaway. The loft was clean and in good order as advertised. The check in process is smooth and simple with BNB’s guest portal. For those of you that are coming for the first time to Greenville, the parking garage recommended for this unit is safe and extremely close to the loft. There were a couple cosmetic items inside the unit that needed repair. The ceiling in the entryway is peeling and ceiling in the bathroom could use some basic maintenance. These were minor and didn’t negatively impact our experience. Overall, Trio Loft was in the perfect spot for the wonderful downtown experience that Greenville offers.

I would definitely stay here again. However, i would note several things. The listing says a 5th person could sleep comfortably on the couch. Where in the world do guests 3 and 4 sleep? There is one bed and one couch. The bathroom is at best, compact. There is no way 5 or even 3 people could share the bathroom. Also, the shower grout is either old or dirty. Somewhat off putting. Also, we aware of the noise! The businesses around him have pounding noises day and night. They also have their trash dumpsters at the entry. Again, knowing this, I would stay here again. Owners responded quickly to all texts. Wish they would recycle...

This apartment is awesome! Two things we always want - comfortable seating in the living area, and a mattress that isn’t too hard or too soft…we got both!!! Everything you want is right outside your door…food, bars, all the things of downtown Greenville. And yes…you are staying in a city…you will hear cars, people partying on the streets, garbage trucks…but it’s not all night! I sleep with ear plugs…problem solved. I highly recommend this place!
