Three vacation rentals in one, this unique property comprises a waterfront cabin and an adjacent duplex. Best of all, you'll have a dock that is shared by only the three homes in this complex right on Moosehead Lake!
One half of the duplex occupies the entire top floor, while the other half occupies the ground floor, creating three distinct homes to enjoy. All three have a full kitchen, and a living area for movie nights. Three gas grills make cookouts a breeze, while the lake-view decks are perfect for stargazing and after-dinner drinks!
WHAT’S NEARBY
You’ll love having your own sandy swimming beach on Moosehead Lake, with pleasant spots to hike around the corner. In colder months, enjoy ice fishing, skiing at Squaw Mountain, or snowmobiling nearby trails.

The bunk room doesn’t have any windows, so it can’t technically be listed as a bedroom.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Dock details: the dock is a shared dock for all three properties and is located in front of the main house. It can comfortably accommodate a 14–16-foot boat. However, there is a very specific route you must follow to avoid rocks and shallow areas. At times, the water can be quite shallow and rocky, so please navigate with care.
We strongly recommend that you scope out the area during daylight hours before bringing your boat in, as lake levels can fluctuate and the cove has many rocky spots.
For your safety and to prevent potential damage, we also advise that you do not leave your boat tied to the dock overnight if bad weather is expected.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
