Guest have access to the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, family room, kitchen. No access to the Garage, outdoor shed.

This is our personal home in a VERY quiet neighborhood. We are very clean and neat hosts & do not allow large gatherings or parties at our home.

No 3rd party bookings are allowed.

$1,000 fine for smoking of any kind in our home.

We require good review history for all our guests.

Reservation Policy: The person who made the reservation is required to be present during the stay.

Events & Parties: Events and parties are not allowed, in accordance with Airbnb’s global party and events ban.

Smoking of any kind is STRICTLY prohibited. There will be a $1,000 fine for smoking inside.

Substance Policy: The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the property.

Parking: Please park only in the driveway. It can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Street parking is only permitted on the weekends per the HOA.

Lawn Use: Do not park on the lawn under any circumstances.

Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum. Any loud noise that can be heard outside the property lines is not allowed.
