Parking:
A maximum of five (5) vehicles are permitted in the driveway only. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Vehicles may not block the sidewalk or obstruct neighboring properties’ visibility/access to the street so neighbors can safely pull out. Improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Parking
No street parking
Only driveway for 5 cars and cannot block sidewalk or obstruct next door neighbor`s view of the street so they can pull out easily

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Maximum Occupancy
A maximum of ten (10) adults/guests are permitted on the property at any time. Exceeding occupancy limits or hosting unauthorized visitors may result in immediate removal without refund.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay. No music outside—past guests have disturbed the community with it.

Outdoor Amenities
No use of the hot tub, pool, or fire pit after 9 PM.
When using the hot tub, please keep kids feet clean

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.

Outdoor Cushions:
Please help us to keep the cushions in good shape for the next guests. The cushions should be in the garage upon your arrival or they were kept outside to dry. Please put the cushions in the garage when you are not using them so they don’t get rained on. If we have a cover, please use the cover. If they are wet they should remain outside to dry. Thank you for your help here!

Golf
Chipping or practicing golf shots anywhere on the property is not allowed. This helps protect the home and surrounding areas. Golf balls must stay within the property boundaries. Any ball that goes over the fence may result in a fine and cancellation of the reservation.

Ceiling Fans
To use the fans without the light, just use the remote—lots of settings to choose from!

A/C Tips
Please ensure all thermostats are set to the same mode, either HEAT or COOL. If thermostats are set to different modes, the system may not function properly.

Security
For added security, the glass sliding door is secured with a bar lock. Please ensure the bar remains in place when the door is closed and locked.

Pool
The pool is not heated and is unavailable from October through May.

Fireplaces
The indoor fireplace is decorative only and cannot be used.

Hot Tub & Pool Service
Routine hot tub and pool service is typically scheduled for Thursdays. Vendors may access outdoor areas during their scheduled maintenance visits.

Landscaping
Landscaping service is typically scheduled for Tuesdays. Vendors may access the exterior of the property during service hours.

Trash
Trash must entirely fit in the containers to allow lid to close

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
