Welcome to Valor House

This home is located in the center of an active nonprofit campus that is continually being improved and renovated. We want to be completely transparent about the surroundings so you know what to expect before your stay.

While the home itself is maintained, furnished, and prepared to provide a comfortable place for our guests, the surrounding campus is a work in progress. This is not a resort or traditional hotel setting.

Located near the home is a larger dorm-style building that is planned for renovation in the coming years. Other areas and buildings throughout the campus may also be in different stages of improvement or renovation, so the appearance of the property may change over time.

There is also an RV and camper camping area located behind the guest homes. Depending on the dates of your reservation, there may or may not be RV or camper guests staying on the campus during your visit. You may occasionally see other guests, vehicles, or activity associated with the camping area.

For security, the campus and exterior areas around our guest homes are monitored by video surveillance. There are no cameras inside the guest accommodations. We have hosted Airbnb guests on this campus for approximately four years without a safety incident.

Your reservation includes your individual guest home and its designated guest and parking areas. Other residences, buildings, renovation areas, and private portions of the nonprofit campus are not included with your reservation. Please do not enter buildings or areas marked private, restricted, or under renovation.

We understand that this unique setting may not be the right fit for every traveler. If you are looking for a traditional hotel or resort-style environment, our property may not meet those expectations. However, if you are comfortable staying in a well-maintained guest home on an active nonprofit campus that continues to grow and improve, we would genuinely love the opportunity to host you.

We want you and your pets to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing stay. Please help us care for the home and respect those around you by following these guidelines.

General Rules

No smoking or vaping inside the home.
No parties, events, or large gatherings.
Registered guests only. Only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please respect neighboring properties and keep noise at a reasonable level.
Park only in designated guest parking areas.
Guest access is limited to [Property Name] and its designated guest areas. Please respect areas marked private or restricted.
Treat furnishings, appliances, and property with care.
Report accidental damage or maintenance issues promptly.
Lock exterior doors whenever you leave the property.
No illegal activity is permitted on the property.
No commercial photography or filming without prior approval.

Pet-Friendly Rules

Pets are welcome! We simply ask pet owners to help us keep the home and surrounding property clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Clean up after your pet and properly dispose of pet waste.

Keep pets under your control while outdoors.
Do not allow pets to disturb neighboring guests or properties.

Pets should not be left unattended unless safely crated.

Please keep pets off beds and linens whenever possible.

Wipe muddy or wet paws before bringing pets inside.
Guests are responsible for damage caused by their pets.

Please notify us promptly of any pet-related accident or damage.

Before Checkout

We want checkout to be easy. Before leaving, please:

Gather all personal belongings.
Take all pet belongings with you.
Pick up any pet waste from outdoor areas.
Turn off unnecessary lights and appliances.
Close and secure windows.
Lock exterior doors.
Follow any additional checkout instructions provided through Airbnb.
