„We had a great room, fantastic location, quiet, private, beautiful lake view. The building floor plan is hard to navigate, especially if you have a long way to go with luggage. Better signage would help. Also I had no idea you are aligned with Choice, as a Gold member, it was disappointing not to take advantage of the discounted rates. I spoke to someone at the front desk, they were able to give me the rewards I am entitled to as a member. I feel the Choice alliance could be promoted more.“

„The staff was friendly and my room was clean. I loved the breakfast options and although they weren’t fancy, it was good and convenient. I took one star off because on the last night I found one cockroach in my bathroom. I took care of him and didn’t see any more. He probably came out of the drain in the shower as I accidentally reserved a stay in a first floor accessible suite. Overall it was a decent experience.“
