„Host had an incorrect number on site making it difficult to reach when a problem occurred. NO hot water. Told me she would be by to fix. Came and left with no word. Told us to wait 15-20min for hot water to come back on. Never did. Called back and said “no hot water” and “this is a problem. These things should be checked before visitors arrive”. „It is a well maintained property with everything you need for your stay and we throughly enjoyed our visit. It was also quiet with a nice view! The only concern I had was it seemed that the mattress was larger than the frame and it got a little uncomfortable if you rolled to the edge of the bed.“
