The bay runs right up to the property's backyard, offering prime views and a peaceful, secluded feel. Watch the sunset while watching your kids and dogs enjoy the waterfront yard! There are 2 kayaks at the property for your use.

***PLEASE NOTE - There is no sand beach at this property. The water levels have been extremely high in the area over the past few years. Bay Shore county park is 10 minutes north of the property and has a beach for swimming. Guests at our property are allowed to use our neighbor's launch to put the kayaks in the water and take them out.
We would also not recommend this property for people needing a 1-level home or a home with a walk in shower and grab bars. Though we aren't listed as handicap accessible, people seem to think we are. There are a few stairs and 2 bathtubs with showers (no walk in shower).
