We try hard to be the best we can be, and tournament weekends can test the limits of our operations and our patience! We will certainly take a look into the hot water issue as that is not common unless everyone is preparing for the same event. In this case it was 7th and 8th grade girls volleyball. With 2-4 girls per room all getting ready for the same event, that can use up a lot of water! Thank you again for sharing your experience with us. I would recommend a 4th floor room, the higher the number the further from the road you will be. The odd-numbered side would be the furthest from the road. Just some tips for your next stay so it will be a perfect 5!

If you were on ground floor you probably walked past our "Favorite Guest" area where we display pictures of all our furry friends who stay with us. I hope our team got a picture of Montea up there! I've noted with the front desk team that you didn't get the roll-in and hopefully that doesn't happen on your next trip. It's always best with specific requests such as that to call ahead and have the front desk "lock in" the specific room as we don't have many of them. We look forward to serving you again soon!
