Large ranch home located in west Greeley. Perfect location if you are attending weddings, sports, reunions, concerts & area college events. (NO PARTYS OR LARGE GATHERING) only guests that are staying allowed unless approved by us prior to your stay) We think you’ll love this house it has so much to offer. This is a large ranch house with a fully finished and furnished basement. It has 5 bedrooms (one bedroom is very small and one is very large). It has 4 full bathrooms. Three bathrooms have showers and the fourth bathroom has a shower/bath. The downstairs has a game room for playing board games. Each bedroom and family room have Roku TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need for your stay including a blender, mixer, air fryer, crockpots, coffee pot and many more small appliances. It also has a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with ice and water. We have converted the garage into a game room with. A shuffle board table, ping pong table, foos ball table and a dart board for your enjoyment. This house is on a large lot with plenty of free parking for several cars. The back yard is fenced in with a patio that has a lot of lawn furniture. In addition we have a gas grill, gas fire pit, corn hole game and a hot tub!!

All the bedrooms and couches have throw pillows on them. Please do not use them as pillows. They are for decoration. Only we have supplied several pillows and blankets for your use.

Enjoy the garage game room. It is equipped with an air conditioner/heater. Please turn off when checking out. Do not turn colder than 69° or for the heat, no higher than 74°

Please keep cover on hot tub at all times the trees above drop leaves and twigs. No food or glass bottles allowed in the hot tub.

Please double check all gas to stove, oven, grill and fire pit are shut off before leaving the property .

Please use hot pads and cutting boards at all times on the countertops …Do Not cut or put hot pans directly on the countertops, thank you
