mehr als unzufrieden, kleiner Pool, es gibt kaum auswahl für Vegetarier, es fehlen Allergenangaben oder Beschreibungen der Speißen im Buffet, Kellner ignorieren BesucherInnen am Pool, Gesamt nichts für das Geld! Finger Weg!

It was a horror trip. Due to bad hygiene in the hotel, half of the guests got an bacterial stomach infection. I was throwing up during the whole stay and even had to go to hospital. The whole staff knew that I was doing that bad and I specifically told me them to get me a stomach friendly dish like some overcooked rice. They just didn’t come and I just kept waiting. Turned out they were planning on not getting me anything until 7pm! I would’ve starved to death since I couldn’t keep anything in my stomach. I didn’t see anyone disinfect any of the door nobs or anything. I don’t even know why I payed so much for that trip I should’ve just stayed home. And I’m still sick

Die Unterkunft hat eindeutig zu früh ihre Türen geöffnet! Am ersten Tag als wir anreisten, wurde unser Check-in verschoben. Als wir dann um 17 Uhr ungeduldig wurden, brachte uns ein Mitarbeiter in ein Zimmer. Sie öffneten die Tür und sahen, das Zimmer ist schon belegt. Dann ging es weiter ins nächste Zimmer. Dies war ebenfalls belegt, dort waren sogar zwei Damen drin. Privatsphäre, nein! Wir sollten erneut warten. Nach 1 Std. nachdem ich den Expedia Support kontaktierte, wurde ein Zimmer orfanisiert. Um 18:30 konnten wir dann endlich aufs Zimmer. Wir hoffen nun endlich auf ein erholsamen Urlaub. Von wegen! Am Nächsten Tag spielte die Elektronik auf dem Zimmer verrückt. Die Lichter im Schlafzimmer gingen nicht mehr aus, das Licht in Bad ging nicht an. Nach mehrmaligen Beschwerden wurde nichts unternommen. Irgendwann um 23 Uhr kam dann ein Techniker und kümmerte sich drum. Des weiteren war im Hotel eine riesen Baustelle. Es war laut, es wurde gebohrt und Wände gestemmt bis in den späten Stunden. Das ist keine Erholung. Im Flur lagen überall Werkzeuge! Schrecklich, man zahlt so ein hohen Betrag und man kann sich nicht erholen. Kulanz gab es nicht! Akzeptier oder stirb! Nie wieder!

Nous sommes tombés malades et avons eu, mon mari et moi une intoxication alimentaire. Nous pensions tout d'abord qu'il s'agissait d'une insolation mais d'autres clients de l'hôtel ont vécu la même chose que nous aux mêmes moments. (je precise également que nous avons voyager de nombreuses fois et que c'est la seule et unique fois que nous sommes tombés malade, nous n'avons pas l'estomac fragile en temps normal) Cela en dit long sur l'hygiène du restaurant et buffet proposé. L'hôtel était neuf mais aussi en pleins travaux. Manque d'activité et de divertissement. Cependant la chambre était très propre et très bien équipé. Les piscines étaient grandes et bien entretenues. Le quartier où est situé l'hôtel n'est pas très animé à part une enfilade d'hôtels vous n’y trouverez pas grand-chose à faire. Je recommande cet hôtel uniquement si vous êtes de passage mais pas pour un long séjour.

By far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. They cater to luxury level for adults and children to the same level. Vegetarian food was fantastic and always different. Would go back again and again if prices were more affordable

Nous avons réellement passé un séjour de qualité, la chambre était de bonne taille, très bien équipée ( jusqu’au fer à repassé ou au pese personne) La formule en all inclusive nous a permet de profiter pleinement de ce que l’hôtel nous a mis à disposition à toute heure La chambre avec piscine commune était très calme, très pratique (nous avions un bébé) Nous pensons vivement revenir pour faire profiter à notre petit bout des infrastructures mise à disposition pour les enfants !

Ruined vacation, major health issues
Despite being a newly constructed hotel, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Even when the construction is completed, it is difficult to consider this establishment as a true 5-star hotel, as advertised. The absence of a beachfront and the relatively small pool area were notable drawbacks. Additionally, the lack of waterfront rooms, despite their promotion, was misleading. While there is a public beach a 10-minute walk away, the beach area directly in front of the hotel was unappealing, utilized for boat docking, and cramped between deteriorating concrete piers. However, the most disheartening aspect was how the hotel's actions impacted our vacation negatively. We later discovered that the hotel was aware of multiple guests falling ill but failed to inform us. They only mentioned a few COVID cases as the reason for the staff wearing masks. Unfortunately, after two days, I became severely sick, spending the entire night vomiting and experiencing major diarrhea for the remainder of the trip. The hotel's lack of transparency and honesty ruined our vacation experience.

We understand your disappointment with the absence of a beachfront rooms, however it is physically impossible to provide or advertise a beachfront room as there is a road between the our Resort and the beach. The Public beach is just by crossing the road from hotel. In regards to the illness, after the examinations from the doctor the results showed gastroenteritis virus. We took all necessary measures in order to prevent any further spread. We apologize if this information was not communicated clearly. We deeply regret that your vacation experience was negatively impacted, and we understand the disappointment and frustration this may have caused.
