Sehr zu empfehlen, alles sehr angenehm. Nur die Umgebung ist nicht so toll, Bauruine nebenan und ein Kraftwerk am Ende der Bucht Stört im Grunde aber auch nicht weiter wenn man in der Hotel Anlage ist.

Das Hotel ist rundum einfach super. Das hat alles was man braucht. Das einzige was nicht so schön ist, ist die Umgebung aber dafür kann das Hotel nicht viel.

Das Hotel ist eine Oase in einer ungepflegten Umgebung am Stadtrand. Dennoch ein gepflegter Strandabschnitt mit tollen Liegen und aufmerksamen Service und klarem Wasser. Das Essen war hervorragend.

Personal und Service Top! Zimmer sind etwas klein aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Es gibt immer genug Auswahl beim Büfett. Auch beim A la Cart Restaurant war das Essen und der Service Top.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 15 Minuten von Flughafen entfernt. Den Transfer hatten wir über das Hotel gebucht - hat bestens geklappt. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer in Haupthaus und waren sehr zufrieden. Frühstück konnte entweder im Hauptrestaurant oder im A la carte Restaurant (healthy breakfast) eingenommen werden. Beides war sehr gut. Auch das Abendessen ließ keine Wünsche offen und war täglich abwechslungsreich. Das Servicepersonal war super freundlich. Sowohl am Strand als auch am Pool konnte man bestens entspannen und auf Wunsch auch Getränke & Essen ordern. Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Personal freundlich. Unterkunft modern und an sich gut ausgestattet. Es ist auch sehr ruhig und am strand sowie am pool sind genügend liegen vorhanden. Man hat auch um 11 Uhr ausreichend freie liegen gefunden. Was allerdings ein großes Problem hier ist, ist der service im Restaurant. Man wird teilweise garnicht bedient oder wenn, dann bekommt man sein Getränk sehr spät, teils nach dem Dessert. Ansonsten super.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich ! Man konnte sehr oft beobachten wie das Personal die Anlage gereinigt hat und das hat sich in der Sauberkeit auch wieder gespiegelt. Das Essen war durchgehend lecker und abwechslungsreich, zudem bekommt man vom Hotel ein a la carte Dinner umsonst was wir sehr nett fanden. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sehr ordentlich und sauber, aber (und jetzt komme ich zu den negativ Punkten) unser Zimmer lag direkt ebenerdig an der Seitengasse des Hotels , wo permanent Anlieferer, Betrunkene oder streitend Paare morgens und in der Nacht zu hören waren. Zudem knallen da die Autos und Roller mit einer viel zu hohen Geschwindigkeit durch die Gasse, sodass es echt gefährlich ist und auch leider vor unseren Augen eine kleine Hotelkatze überfahren wurde :( . Der Fernseher ging auch nicht richtig, der schaltete sich einfach immer wieder von selbst ab. Das waren Punkte die wir sicherlich hätten ansprechen können, aber es nicht für nötig empfunden haben. Sicherlich sind die anderen Zimmer auch einfach schöner Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, dass das Hotel sehr Tierfreundlich ist und jeden Abend ein Abendprogramm in der Beach Bar war. Die Preise beim Dinner und in der Beach Bar sind etwas happig. Alles in allem würden wir das Paralos aufjedenfall empfehlen - sollte jemand wie wir sehr erkundungsfreudig sein sollte er/sie aufjedenfall ein paar Stunden Fahrtzeit einplanen, da die meisten Touristenspots sehr weit weg sind

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und super freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und hat eine große Auswahl geboten. Die direkte Umgebung war leider nicht super schön, da viele Baustellen vorhanden waren, aber da das Hotel direkten Strandzugang hatte wurde dies nur beim Verlassen des Hotels sichtbar. Die Anbindung an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war sehr gut (Busstation ca. 150m entfernt). Auch ein Mietwagen kann direkt einfach im Hotel gemietet werden. Alles sehr unkompliziert und gut, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

Perfekt für die Nebensaison
Wirklich tolles Essen mit sehr viel Auswahl selbst bei längerem Aufenthalt. Sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter im Restaurant, Beach Bar und Fitness. Unser Doppelzimmer Superior im 8000er Haus war wirklich schön und fast direkt am Strand. Die Dusche ist wirklich hervorragend. Hinweis ans Hotel: Es fehlen leider Haken im Zimmer und auf dem Balkon um Dinge aufzuhängen. Die Anlage ist wirklich schön gemacht und gepflegt. Der Strand ist schön aber da gobt es auf Kreta natürlich noch schönere. Aber Baden lässt sich sehr gut! Der Personal Trainer für Fitness ist super nett und wirklich gut. Hilft um das leckere Griechische Essen abzutrainieren :) Für die Nebensaison absolut empfehlenswert.

Mein Mann und ich haben eine unglaubliche schöne Urlaubswoche im Enorme Lifestyle Beach Resort verbracht. Wir haben eine Doppelzimmer Swim Up gebucht und die kleine Terrasse mit eigenem Poolzugang sehr genossen. Das Essen war sowohl am morgen als auch am Abend sehr ausgewogen und abwechslungsreich. Das Ambiente am Pool war sehr schön und das Servicepersonal durchweg freundlichen und zuvorkommend. Besonders schön war das Abendessen im Á La Carté Restaurant! Das Hotel bietet in Zusammenarbeit mit einer Ärztin an, den Corona Test für die Rûckreise im Hotel durchzuführen - das Ergebnis hatten wir bereits nach 6 Stunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Im Grossen und Ganzen ein schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Essen hat mir auch gut gefallen. Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Nur leider konnte ich von meinem Zimmer, welches schon zum gehobenen Standard gehörte, ein ständiges Brummen von irgendwelchen Kühlgeräten der Küche hören. Besonders nachts sehr störend.

The friendliness of the majority of staff. The front desk was very helpful. The rooms were very clean along with daily cleaning. The dining had a variety of food that was very good this included the buffet for breakfast and dinner as well as a la carte dining. The waiters and waitresses were personable with excellent service. The only issue in our room was the air conditioner that took awhile to resolve. Otherwise a great experience.

What a great time we had at this place.! The room was not big but big enough and had a good bed, shower and hairdryer. It was very clean. The food at the hotel was absolutely great and we decided to have diner everynight in the hotel instead of going out for dinner. The people were very friendly and we had a small problem on our balcony with ants one day, after calling the reception it was solved right away. You walk directly up on the beach where you had great beds to lay on and a good service. You could ring the bell and enjoy a drink or lunch. Every night there was something, a little dance show or live singers. We feel very relaxed and happy. For sure no doubt to book and come here again!

Really an exceptional property! I was very impressed, from the friendly staff to the beauty of the rooms and amenities! Honestly the staff makes this hotel about 20 times better than most other resorts I’ve been to, they are willing to go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be! The resort itself is beautiful, little pools everywhere with cabanas and comfy lounge chairs scattered. The beach area is pristine with umbrellas and a lovely bar that serves you at the push of a button. The food was phenomenal! You don’t even have to leave for any reason if you don’t want to, they have everything you need! Even a gym, daily yoga and shows at the pool bar! I highly enjoyed my stay and will be back!

The property is in Ammoudara and offers a beautiful oceanfront view with a beach lounge. We picked it because it was adults only and all-inclusive (minus drinks). The area around the property is a little rundown and not as much touristy shopping. It’s clear this resort is high-class compared to others we saw in the area.

Airco werkte niet naar behoren en maakte veel geluid. Ligt langs de weg waardoor je alles hoort. Zwembaden zijn onduidelijk waardoor je niet weet van welk zwembad je gebruik kan maken.

The check in went smoothly. The property is nice , but you can’t swim in the pool after 7pm, and the room was on the tiny side. The pools were not heated.. Though I was promised a 2pm checkout by the receptionist at checkin, I was scolded for not calling at 11am the next day, which was uncalled for.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late when all the restaurants were closed and a deli plate was waiting in our room. We were also given a meal in the a la carte restaurant for free which was very good. The beach and pool areas were both very nice with an adequate number of Sun loungers for the number of guests. We had a swim up room and would definitely recommend paying the extra. It gives you your own little terrace area and sun beds which was a really nice thing to have. The evening entertainment might not be for everyone but it’s easy to stay away if you want to. Food was good but not incredible, drinks were very good. We did half board and the prices for drinks and additional food were very reasonable.
